Welcome to Ava Health ("Ava Health," "we," "our," or "us"). Ava Health helps users find the right type of healthcare provider through a conversational assistant ("Ava") and allows healthcare practices ("Practices") to increase visibility through featured placements.
By accessing or using Ava Health, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ava Health or to represent a healthcare practice.
3. Patient-Facing Experience
Ava Health is free for individual users seeking care. The assistant helps users identify the right type of specialist and shows local practices. Ava Health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek professional medical care for health concerns.
4. Practice Accounts and Subscriptions
Healthcare practices may register through our onboarding flow, select their verified business location using the Google Places API, choose zip codes for visibility, and subscribe to a visibility plan.
- Pricing is based on the number of selected zip codes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused periods.
5. Billing and Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel your plan.
6. Data Policy
Ava Health does not store or retain chat data from users. All conversations occur in real time and are not saved to personal or practice accounts.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Ava Health, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to extract, scrape, or resell data
- Impersonating another user or practice
- Providing false or misleading information
8. Disclaimers
Ava Health is not a medical provider and does not guarantee outcomes. Information provided by Ava or on the site is for informational purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ava Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Ava Health after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
